bought my 430ex external flash recently and this is the first time i'm going to use flash when taking pictures.
mehn it was hard hahah! can't decide and don't know what settings to use.. but luckily i was still able to produce some pretty decent photos.. haaay! like i always say, i don't know how to use flash haha!
used my canon eos 400d, tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 lens and, speedlight 430ex external flash..
did some white balance corrections on the reception pictures coz they were a little too warm.. :D

| | wedding photos again! this time i wasn't able to take pictures the whole time.. coz i'm part of the entourage.. my sister and my brother in law finally had their church wedding.. but it was fun.. hehe.. we enjoyed the day kahit sobrang kakapagod.. hehe..
anyway, the church wedding happend at the manila cathedral church, intramuros, 130 pm.. then dinner reception followed at the century park hotel ballroom at 630 pm.. hehe..
i used my canon ef 50mm f/1.8 lense the whole set.. hehe.. and still ranting about not having external flash and zoom lense.. and i still have difficulties when shooting in low light environment.. hahah! but hopefully.. i get to improve my skills when each time i take pictures..

attended another wedding last saturday. syempre picture picture ulit hehe.. this time i used my 50 mm f1.8 prime lense. hehe! just tried to used it and tell you what.. ang hirap ng walang zoom yung lense hahah!
i really had difficulties with the white balance.. hehe. don't know whether to shoot in awb mode or change my white balance. i mean with the light that's available in the event/venue ang hirap mag decide minsan.. haha! papalit palit ako.. i would really appreciate it if somebody could help me with this.. please haha! i never learned to use flash neither, kasi di ko matancha yung picture everytime i use flash (built in pa lang yung meron ako hehe!)
haay anyway, the wedding was fun.. hehe.. congratulations to the newly wed couple and God bless.. best wishes to both of you..

hmm a lot of wrong stuff in this set.. wrong white balance.. over exposed, under exposed, wrong focus.. etc... hahaha! the hell..
anyway, hope you'll be able to find at least one na medyo ok na.. somehow..

| | 03/04/2007:: wedding shoot yey! preselections muna. today was kinda tiring. medyo sumasakit nanaman yung likod ko. anyway, pardon me coz di nakatingin yung subject ko sa akin most of the time since nakikishoot lang ako and i was not the official photographer hehe! nakikiepal ba? and another thing.. medyo iba iba yung color tone, coz medyo inaadjust ko yung white balance.. just started to play with it lang.. so yun.. i was hoping i could select and upload more pics soon! for the mean time.. ito na muna.. enjoy! thank you for viewing!

03/05/2007:: ayun updated this set again pero ayun lang eh.. onti lang talaga mapopost ko ehehe.. anyway, i complained that yesterday was very tiring but i wasn't able to tell you that it was fun!! felt tired nung nasa reception na lalo na nung pag uwi ko ng bahay.. hehe! i think this set is final.. need to practice more! invite niyo nalang ako sa weddings niyo hehe! just kidding! thank you again for viewing! :D |
